Clara finds a huge amount of confidence and comfort in the company of other felines, so she requires a home where she can snuggle up with a kitten from her room or a friendly resident cat. Having a friend to lean on helps her navigate new situations and keeps her feeling brave. Because she is a bit more reserved, a slow, proper introduction to a new cat friend is key. Taking things one step at a time--like starting her in her own "home base" room and swapping scents--allows her to feel secure and prevents her from feeling overwhelmed. This patient approach is so important because it builds a foundation of trust, ensuring that her new friendship starts off on the right paw and blossoms into a lifelong bond.
