My foster writes: Mona is a sweet, chunky girl who honestly reminds me of a little cow. When I first brought her into my room, she hid for about an hour, just quietly adjusting. But the second I put food in her bowl, she came right out from under the bed to eat. After that, she even came up to me for pets it was so adorable. Later that same day, she started exploring the rest of her new temporary home. She's also really talkative, which makes everything even cuter.
A volunteer writes:
Mona is a young gal surrendered by her recent owner as a child in the house became allergic to her dander. Mona was a bit nervous around her arrival at the care center but she is more relaxed now, welcoming petting, gentle words and treats of course. I love the way she rolls on her side or back, legs up and making air biscuits. Mona is a sweet gal who just needs time to warm up before she shows her friendly nature. Her former owner describe her as a sweet, outgoing and playful young cat who would be very good with children. Mona is right now recovering from a cold but being already spayed, she could go home today as your new forever best friend and for many years to come!
