Bigfoot is a sweet boy - calm and gentle - but he's a bit slow to warm up and is cautious in new situations. He can get spooked by loud noises and fast movements, so gentle approaches and pets are what he prefers - and he LOVES them. And would you just look at those adorable mitts of his? <3

Bigfoot will thrive with an adopter (or foster) with patience who can allow him the space he needs. He can be in a home with other mellow cats but no dogs or children.

All Bronx Tails cats are spayed/neutered (when age appropriate), vaccinated, tested for Feline AIDS and Feline Leukemia and are litterbox reliable and loving toward people.

We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, allow a home visit and video tour (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters an up-to-2-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat(s) is a good match for them. If not, we will retrieve the cat(s) and return the adoption fee in full. We will also help with tips and methods for introducing the cat(s) to other pets, if needed.
