Meet Track Star, a young boy who loves attention and to run around. This sweet boy would prefer to have an area he could also go outside sometimes but also wants to be inside to cuddle and play with his family. Track Star is FIV + so it is recommended he be the only cat in the home, or be with other FIV + cats.

Don't let his name fool ya, as much as he wants to run around and be crazy, he loves to be cuddled and pet. He did come to us as a stray, so we don't have much background information on him.

At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at no additional cost to the owner. This is one reason we have fees on the dogs to help cover the extra medical some of the other residents need. They all share the burden and the rewards.
No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals!
We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We typically require a meet-and-greet between any resident dogs and the dog you’re interested in adopting, to ensure everyone gets along safely and comfortably.
