Meet Standford

Standford is a 6 week old, 1.2 pound solid black kitten with a heart just as big as his personality. This sweet little boy is full of love, playful energy, and endless cuddles. After a busy day of wrestling with his siblings and exploring the world, his favorite thing is curling up for a cozy nap beside his people.

Standford may have a very mild form of cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), which makes him just a tiny bit wobbly when he walks. But don’t tell him he’s any different because he runs, plays, climbs, and keeps up with his siblings just fine! Honestly, the little wobble only makes him even more adorable.

CH is a condition where part of the brain is underdeveloped before birth. In Standford’s case, it is extremely mild and does not require medication, treatment, or special care. His expected lifespan and quality of life are very similar to his siblings.

Standford will be neutered prior to adoption and is:
• Up to date on vaccines
• Microchipped
• FIV/FeLV negative
• Current on prevention

His adoption fee is $200.

A combo test
Deworming
Spay/neuter procedures
Vaccinations
Microchipping

We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life.

While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high.

Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses.
Home checks may be conducted.
Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $200.
For special breeds, uniquely colored, or exceptionally adorable rescues, we may request a higher donation to help cover vet expenses.
