He is a little cautious and uncertain about things. But once he is familiar with something he is all in. He loves to be pet and loves attention. Quiet toys are his favorites. Soft stuffies, feather wands, dangle mouses are his jam. Once he gets to know you, he will settle for long cuddles and snuggles. Leaf will need a quieter home, a furbaby friend to keep him company and help him gain confidence, and patience from his adopter to feel at home.
Leaf is litter box trained and good with other cats. He has not been exposed to dogs yet, but with a quiet, cat friendly dog and slow introductions he should do just fine. Due to Leaf's kitten energy we do not recommend to the elderly or someone unstable on their feet. As with any pet, children should be supervised and pet respectful. Due to his very young age, foster preference is to home with another friendly furbaby for company or adopt with a sibling. Leaf is available for adoption and can go home to approved new family after he is fixed and recovered, currently scheduled for June 5, 2026.
