While he has plenty of confidence during playtime, he takes a more investigative approach when meeting new people. He has been around children before, but he chooses to remain very cautious and observant. In fact, he took his sweet time warming up to his foster mom and dad. But rest assured, his defenses aren't impenetrable-he eventually discovered the magic of a good belly rub and just couldn't resist melting into a purr machine.
When it comes to his social circle, Deputy Peck prefers a specific jurisdiction:
Adult Cats: He was introduced to the big cats but preferred to keep a respectful distance.
Other Kittens: He absolutely loves his brothers and sisters! He is incredibly playful, social, and affectionate with kittens his own age.
Off-Duty Comfort: When the long day of patrolling is over, you can find him curled up, sweet as can be, snuggling with his favorite stuffed lizard.
