MAHALO IS BONDED TO POI AND THEY MUST GO HOME TOGETHER — Meet Mahalo, a sweet and affectionate fluff nugget with a gentle heart and a purr that starts the second you touch her. Now about 6 years old, Mahalo was originally adopted as a kitten alongside her beloved sister Poi, and recently returned when her owner could no longer care for them. While the change has been a big adjustment, Mahalo's loving personality is still very much intact. She can be a little shy at first and may need some time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she absolutely melts into affection — rubbing her face against yours, curling up nearby for naps, and reminding you constantly just how loved you are.

Mahalo does well with other cats given a slow introduction, but her true comfort zone is with Poi, who she remains deeply bonded to. The two girls have spent their whole lives together and are looking for a home willing to welcome them both.

In her spare time, Mahalo enjoys reminiscing about her former life as a surfing champion in Hawaii. She also reportedly took second place in a competitive sandcastle building contest and may or may not hold a black belt in Karate. She's humble about her accomplishments, though, and prefers to focus on more important things — like finding the perfect forever home with Poi by her side.
