Lucy is an 8-week-old kitten who came into our rescue with her sister Maggie after being found under a porch with no mother when they were only about 3 weeks old. They were both bottle babies and needed around-the-clock care to survive. They also arrived with wounds that had maggots, but after lots of love, healing, and care, Lucy has grown into a healthy, happy, and thriving little girl.
Lucy is our rambunctious, full-of-life kitten.
She is playful, bold, and always ready for action. Lucy loves to run, wrestle, and zoom around with her kitten friends, and she especially enjoys spending time with her older kitty friend, learning from them and following them around like a little shadow.
Just like her sister, Lucy is not afraid of dogs at all. She is confident and curious, and will happily be around dog friends without hesitation.
Lucy also loves human attention. She enjoys being petted, will lean into your hand for more, and purrs when she feels loved. Even though shes full of energy, she still has a very sweet and affectionate side that shines through during cuddle time.
Like most kittens, she is curious, playful, and always exploring. She loves toys, climbing, chasing anything that moves, and then crashing into cozy naps when she finally runs out of energy.
Lucy is litter box trained and ready for her forever home.
She would do great in a home with other playful pets and people who are ready for a lively, loving kitten who brings a lot of personality, joy, and a little chaos in the best way
