Lotus - Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption in Medfield, Massachusetts

Lotus is a beautiful 1-year-old girl who recently came to us from an owner who had too many cats. Here at the Shelter, Lotus has been a bit reserved, but very sweet. She is looking for a patient adopter who will give her time to decompress. She previously lived in a home with multiple other cats and did well with them. With a proper introduction, she would likely do well with a feline friend.

If you are ready to adopt, please fill out an adoption application. We offer same-day adoptions, so if the cat is a fit, you can take them home the day of your meeting.

If a cat is listed on our website, it is still available for adoption, but applications may have been received before yours.

All adoption meetings are by appointment only. The adoption fee for cats seven months to two years old is $250 for one cat and $350 for a pair; for cats three years to ten years old, it is $200 for one cat and $300 for a pair; and for senior cats 11 years and over, it is $125. The fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip testing, testing for FeLV and FIV, and spaying/ neutering.

These affectionate and playful cats are often found in shelters, as they are not a recognized breed but rather a classification for cats of mixed ancestry.
