Hello World...I'm Honey BBQ and I'm just the sweetest little gal!

The first thing you will notice about me are my captivating eyes - one blue, the other green. No, I'm not wearing contact lenses; I was born this way. The second thing people notice is that I'm a little wobbly when I walk. I was born this way as well. The veterinarian says I have "congenital neuropathy." Which, in my case, means my back legs will never be as strong or as fast as my front legs. But I'm not in any pain, it will not shorten my life expectancy, and it hardly slows me down. I still run, play, purr and cuddle like other kittens my age. I can even get in/out of the full-size litterbox and up/down the stairs without any issues (although, I'll probably never be able to jump on kitchen counters, which my foster mom says is a good thing because I do not need to be up there anyways).

For all of those reasons and more, I'm a really special girl who wants nothing more than a forever family of my very own. I love playing with feathers and string toys almost as much as I love playing my foster parents and their other cats. They say I'm a little purr machine and the best cuddler. I'm also getting so big and strong that I'm finally able to conquer the tallest of cat trees.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs:

Puppies under 1 year - $300-$350
Adult dogs (1 - 7 years) - $250
Seniors (8 years and older) - $200
Bulldogs, Standard Poodles and Dachshunds $350


Cats:

Adults (1 year and older) - 1 for $125 / 2 for $200
Kittens (under 1 year) - 1 for $175 / 2 for $225

For all animals that have not been spayed or neutered a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the adoption fee. The deposit is refundable upon completion of the spay / neuter surgery.
