C.H.A.I.N.E.D.Inc. is a 501c3, non profit organization that focuses on enhancing the lives of 24/7 chained dogs in SW Detroit and Downriver.

We are an outreach group and not primarily a rescue. Our adoptables come from undesirable situations. Each one of them with their own story, our dogs are very appreciative of kindness and love. Adopt a dog from us! You will receive loyalty and love like you never imagined!
