PA.L. was created on the sole purpose to save those pets that otherwise do not have a chance at life due to the 72 hour holding period, health issues and sometimes just appearances. With so many unwanted souls that fell into this bracket PAL is overwhelmed and continues working towards becoming a no kill community.P.A.L. works closely with the city shelter by taking as many pets as possible out of the shelter to veterinarians and then in new loving responsible homes. P.A.L. promotes programs focused on spay and neuter, responsible pet ownership, adoption and education.P.A.L
